Ralph David Abernathy Tower is a five-story building housing 100 apartments that are available to eligible elderly, disabled or handicapped persons. This beautifully maintained facility located in Atlanta's historic West End includes an office, community room/craft area, a library, a coin-operated laundry facility, and is served by elevators for convenient access to all floors.
     There are 25 efficiencies, 74 one-bedroom apartments, and a caretaker unit. The on-site property management staff organizes activities, events and excursions for the residents. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development insures and provides rental subsidies for all the residents.

Ralph David Abernathy Tower is named for the late Ralph David Abernathy, and the facility is sponsored by West Hunter Street Baptist Church.
